Business and Professional Women (BPW)

BPW is one of the biggest networks for business and professional women worldwide. BPW act in local, national and international ways to connect women of all hierarchical levels and lines of business and to support their professional capability. For more information on BPW international, click here.

Through personal contact, mentoring, lectures and conferences as well as political and social lobbying activities, BPW Germany get involved with, among others, the following topics:

• more women in leading positions in economy and politics
• better compatibility of business and family
• further support of local, national and international women networks

In 2008, BPW Germany inaugurated the Equal Pay Day in Germany, an international day of action to raise the awareness of the unequal pay between men and women.
