• AdaptFitOS: R package that accompanies the paper "Direct Simultaneous Inference in Additive Models and its Application to Model Undernutrition". Fits semiparametric regression models with spatially adaptive penalized splines and computes simultaneous confidence bands. Windows binary / on cran.r-project.org


• bayesSampleSelection: R package including the functions to compute the sample selection model described in the paper "Bayesian Geoadditive Sample Selection Models". Note that this is a very preliminary version of the package that might be subject to major changes. Makes use of various packages such as BayesX depending on the complexity of the model. Windows binary
