      Objectives



      The course aims to deepen economic aspects of enterprise creation and management of young companies (start-ups). It is directed for graduate students with bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or business informatics.

      Planned focus


      Foundation of a business. Further development of a company based on a business plan from Entrepreneurship 1 and continuous adaptation of this business plan to changing circumstances. New ideas for business plans will also be taken into consideration.
      Development of skills in market access, finance & accounting, and customer-driven product and service development.
      At the end of the course students have worked on building a company for several months. Thus, students will have gained a sound knowledge of essential factors that shape the success of start-ups.
