First SEP Student Conference 2013

Dear fellow students,

Do you like movies and are curious to learn a little more about some of your favorites? Do you enjoy discussions with your fellow students? Have you been wondering what other courses get up to and wanted to hear a little more about the work being done there?

Then the first SEP Student Conference is the right place for you!
Join us on Saturday, 30. November at 10am in the Medienraum in the SEP!

Nine students will present their on-going research on topics varying from the historical reality behind “Shakespeare in Love” to representations of the genocide in Rwanda in movies and the social criticism portrayed in “Fight Club”. You are all invited to come and listen to the talks and discuss them with the presenters and other participants.

If you would like to learn more about the different topics, take a look at the abstracts which will be uploaded on StudIP (under “First SEP Student Conference”) at the beginning of next week. There you will also find the conference schedule.

Please come by and to enjoy the talks, the discussions and the cake which will be offered by the Fachgruppe.
