Professor wanted! Planning and optimizing your academic career

The workshop is supposed to give you time and opportunity to reflect on your own career motivations on the one hand, but also to provide knowledge and background for planning the next steps towards a long-term academic career on the other hand. Here we will discuss questions such as: What long-term career options does the "university job market" offer and what are the actual chances here? What requirements and criteria should be met for this career path? What does my profile already fulfill and what could be meaningful next steps for me?

Plus individual sessions (30 min., online): You may use this individual session to clarify your personal questions, get feedback on your CV, reflect on your academic profile, to discuss your next career steps or alternative career options. Further information will be given during the workshop.
