Investigation focusing on the analyses of testate amoebae (protists), microorganisms and litter decomposition:

  • 1: Temporal and spatial variation in effects of conversion of lowland rainforest on soil fauna

  • 2: Response of soil biota to management of oil palm plantations

  • 3: Bottom-up and top-down forces as driving factors for the soil microfauna

  • 4: Role of root-derived resources for soil animal communities of tropical lowland rainforest conversion systems
