Collaborative research

Collaborative research projects are especially supported by the following organisations:

The Research Department offers you support in formulating your applications and proposals for collaborative projects. In addition, where relevant, we can organise your attendance at university committees (Strategy Commission and, if applicable, Senate). We offer you support with the preparation and completion of expert appraisals. If your collaborative research project is approved, the Research Department can also offer you advice about administrative matters and is a first point of contact with the university’s central administration.


Start-Up Programme for Collaborative Research Projects

To provide further support throughout the application process, the University of Göttingen has also set up a start-up programme for collaborative research projects. Resources available under this programme can be used flexibly to assist with drafting the application and, e.g. for additional staff, workshops or essential travel. The Research Department offers you full guidance to apply for funding.
