Admission: the admission is limited (application to the faculty)
Admission requirements: above-average master degree in related fields and letter of endorsement from professor of the faculty
Language requirement: German (DHS certificate) or English (must be certified by TOEFL or IELTS), if not native speaker


Students deepen and broaden their scientific knowledge in forest sciences and forest ecology. The programme consists of following modules: research methods, subject-specific knowledge extension, interdisciplinary topics, PhD colloquium and key qualifications

Organisation of the study
Students have to obtain at least 24 credits. Main focus lies on writing the doctoral thesis.
