Second subject
Admission
You select your second subject after admission. You will be prompted to choose two preferences. The following subjects can be selected:
Subjects with open admission:
- German
- English
- Computer Science
- French
- Spanish
- Protestant Religion
- Mathematics
For English, French and Spanish you must submit proof of sufficient language skills.
Subjects with a limited number of places:
The second subjects are offered by other faculties of the University of Göttingen. Some faculties have limited the number of places in subjects that can be taken by students of Business and Human Resource Education. These include:
- Sport (15 places in the winter semester and 10 places in the summer semester)
- Political Science (3 places in the winter semester and 2 places in the summer semester)
The selection is based on merit (final grade). If their is a tie, applicants will be chosen by lot. The Faculty of Business and Economics offers a total of approximately 79 study places in the Bachelor's Programme in Business and Human Resource Education. Vocational schools in Germany currently (2021) welcome subject combinations with math, computer science, and Spanish.
