What is awaiting you during the "long night against procrastination"? In addition to some snacks and hot drinks, students can work on their texts within a specific time frame in a writing-friendly atmosphere, free from the every-day stress, totally focused on writing, with the support of experienced writing advisors from the International Writing Center (ISZ) and the School of Social Sciences. With suggestions that go from fighting writer's block to structuring techniques and revision, the advisors can help you with your writing process.
There is also a Writing Slam offered by the International Writing Center on monitoring the different phases of the writing process (working languages German and English). SUB staff will offer a short training on literature research and literature management software; the psychological counseling service (PSB) provides you with a lecture on strategies against procrastination and the psychotherapeutic ambulance for students (PAS) presents a lecture with a practical part "Handling Stress?" (all in German language). The Social Sciences Method Center gives information on the use of qualitative research methods.
