| Details | With Women in Exile and involved persons of the exhibition. While the „balcanroute“ was open many women and children made their way to Europe and Germany. The closure of the border has gendered effects - mostly women and children, but also old people, people with less money and people with handicaps are stucked in camps along the closed „balcanroute“. Involved persons of the exhibition will speak about effects of border closing and contradictoriness of european migration politics. Women in Exile will talk about the current situation of refugee women in Germany and their political struggles and self-organization. Daniellis Hernandez Calderon who´s documentary is shown in the exhibition will give some background information about the documentary. |
