Content
Following the developments in practical experience, the possibilities of using new information and communication technologies in the distribution channel will be analyzed. The students should be familiarized with the technological possibilities.Study goals
The students should be able to- know forms of the design of the information flows in the distribution channel and depict them in abstract models
- know, explain and evaluate the application possibilities and benefits of new information and communication technologies in supply chain management
- describe and explain possibilities of standardizing information gathering and information exchange between business agents in the distribution channel
- learn team, communication and organizational skills.
