ITIL V3 Foundation Examination
The TÜV Süd offers you the chance to get the Foundation Certificate for ITIL V3. The Examination will be at the University of Göttingen. Possible time frame during the week of 12-16 Mar 2012. Students have to pay 166,60 EUR to participate in the TÜV Examination. More information in the first exercise on 26 Oct 2011.

Objectives
Get to know the factors that make up successful IT Project Management, as well as the Do's and Don'ts for project managers. Learn about best practice cases in IT Service Management and IT Project Management. Become familiar with the basic elements of IT Service Management at the operational level of information management and reflect these concepts. Understand, classify and evaluate processes according to the ITIL V3 model.

Overview of the module contents

The first part will deal with the basis of IT Service Management (Run IT). Thereupon the part will presented the essential basics of managing big IT projects (Change IT).

Within the exercise courses the ITIL Lifecycle will be demonstrated on the basis of a simulation of the Apollo 13 game from Gamingworks (www.gamingworks.nl).
