Log into EasyChair using your username and password
Click New Submission at the top of the page
Select whether you are submitting to the main session or the special session.
Enter information about the author(s) in the provided fields. Tick the Corresponding Author box for all authors who wish to receive email notifications.
Enter the title of your paper in the Title field.
Enter a short text in the Abstract field, such as a short summary of your abstract, or the first paragraph. This text is required by EasyChair, but our review process will solely be based on your 2-page pdf.
In the Keywords field, please enter between three and five key words, one per line.
Upload your 2-page pdf abstract in the Paper field. Do not include your name or affiliation in the abstract, file name, or properties of the document!
Click Submit Paper. You will be taken to a summary page and receive an email confirming that your submission has been saved.
EasyChair requires authors to be registered. If you do not yet have an account, please follow the SuB19 submission link. Below the login form there is a link that leads to the registration page. To register for EasyChair, please click the link and follow the instructions.
