We congratulate Maryam Razaei Palangari for receiving the DAAD-Award !





The DAAD-Award for outstanding academic achievement of foreign students was awarded at the Faculty for Geosciences and Geography in 2010. The award is handed out since 10 years and comes with prize money of 1000 €. The idea of the award is to give the many foreign students visiting Germany’s universities a face and emphasise the individual stories behind the students. These stories are of special importance, since every student takes an impression of Germany back to his or her home country.



DAAD-Award winners represent their fellow students from all over the world. They are important future partners for Germany, especially in the fields of politics, science and economics.
