Early Career Support at Faculties


First Drafts of the Faculties on Early Career Support


In 2015, the University Göttingen has adopted the position paper Career Paths in Science and Academia: Perspectives.

Eversince, the faculties of the University Göttingen have intensified their work on early career support in close relation to specifities of the discipline and the institute. Results were fixed in first drafts. The visualisation of career paths involving the length of different stages of qualification has been the primary objective at each faculty.

Each faculty has determined a person to be contacted for questions concerning a particular draft/conception. Of course, you are invited to contact as well our team at Academic HR development with your feedback and questions concerning this issue.
