Faculty of Economic Sciences bid farewell to Fall graduates

The Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Göttingen bid farewell to Fall graduates on Friday, 23 October 2015: In the summer semester 2015, 280 students received their degrees: 194 students received degrees in the Bachelor's programmes and 86 students successfully completed a Master's programme.

Dr. Holger Schroeter, Vice-President of Göttingen University, and Prof. Dr. Gerhard Rübel, Dean of Study, welcomed the participants to the festive event. Then spoke Prof. Dr. Renate Ohr, chairwoman of the Board of Examiners of the Economic Sciences, as well as the student representatives Jan Hendrik Polier and Salvador Marcello Perez Alvarez.

The recipients of the graduate prizes in October 2015 are Runhild Wieneke (Master of Science in Finance, Accounting and Taxes), Salvador Marcello Perez Alvarez (Master of Arts in Development Economics), Jan Hendrik Polier (Master of Science in Business Information Systems) as well as Franziska Kurth (Master of Education in Business and Human Resource Education).
