Grant Preparation in EU projects

If your project proposal is selected for funding, the first step in grant preparation is to prepare the Grant Agreement between the University and the European Commission. At the same time, negotiations between the project partners on the Consortium Agreement usually begin.

The EU Office offers advice and support in the course of drafting the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement, but also on other contracts within the framework of the implementation of the project, such as Material Transfer Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Coordination Agreements (with non-EU partners). A typical area of regulation in this context is the allocation of intellectual property rights (IPR) or project results among project partners.
