International Management Research Seminar
Seminar: International Management ResearchThis is a seminar for master students. In this seminar, students should independently and systematically work on a current topic in the field of international management. Students are required to select one topic and to prepare a research paper under the guidance of the instructor and their peers. Empirical papers are highly encouraged.
This seminar is an inter-disciplinary examination of the international dimensions of management. The course content includes topics such as cross-cultural management, the international transfer of Management Practices within MNCs, and global aspects of leadership, motivation, and globalization challenges.
