Course description

The Master of Education degree programme in Russian develops three partial qualifications. The first is a specifically subject-didactic ability. The second qualification is practical language training with the aim of acquiring Russian language proficiency on the C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The third qualification is subject-related – oriented towards either linguistics or cultural and literary studies – depending on the student’s personal choice and preferences.

Language requirements before the start of studies

Students applying for enrolment in a Master of Education degree programme in Russian must furnish evidence of current proficiency in Russian according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), level B2.

Stay abroad during your studies

When registering for the Master's thesis, students are required to provide evidence of a three-month study-related stay abroad and proficiency in another foreign language (B1 CEF).
