Principles and Design of Next-Generation Internet Media Streaming

Media streaming applications have become increasingly popular over the Internet. Current generation media streaming architectures usually employ content distribution networks (CDN) and peer-to-peer networks (P2P) to improve streaming quality of service (QoS). This project aims to investigate the principles underlying the design and implementation of next-generation media streaming systems.
