In 2010, Sarah Köster was awarded the Helene-Lange-Preis for female young investigators in the MINT disciplines.

Sarah Köster leads the research group "Nanoscale Imaging of Cellular Dynamics” in the Courant Research Centre "Nano-Spectroscopy and X-Ray Imaging".
