Which certificates can I receive using the self-service functions? How does that work?

Please use the self-service functions if you need some of the certificates listed below. The Registrar's Office does not send out any documents regarding your re-registration. If you need certificates for academic achievements, you have to use FlexNow.

You can print out the following certificates via our self-service functions:

• certificate of enrolment for the current semester
• master data sheet so that you can check your details
• receipt that you paid the semester fee for the current semester
• certificate for the national pension fund
• certificate of your periods of study
• certificate of your exmatriculation
• receipts that you paid the semester fees in past semesters
• certificates for BAföG

Please choose the certificate you need. In a new window, the certificate will be displayed as pdf which you can then print out.
