Building Bridges is a joint continuation of the annual meetings of the AK Soil Ecology (GfÖ), the AG Free-living Nematodes and the 30th Mesofauna Meeting.
The conference will focus on processes occurring between micro-, meso- and macrofauna and their surrounding ecosystem in both soil and water.
Our goal is to stimulate collaborative research between different disciplines, exchange novel research ideas and methods and provide the opportunity to meet fellow researchers, get to know each other and share knowledge.
Researchers and students are welcome to submit oral or poster presentations addressing their current research as well as new methods, research ideas and preliminary results.
Posters and oral presentation slides should be in English, while the presentation itself can be held either in German or English. Session themes and chairs will be selected by the organizing committee and collaborators from all three AKs.
The call for presentations is open until the 14th of December 2018.
The Conference fee is 10 €.
Speakers will be selected by the session chairs, in collaboration with the organizing committee. Attendees not giving an oral presentation will have the opportunity to present their research in the form of a poster.
In addition to oral and poster sessions the conference will also provide time for round table discussions and group meetings.
We are looking forward to arranging a stimulating conference and hope that you will be able to participate.
