The `farms' data frame has 20 rows and 4 columns. The rows are
farms on the Dutch island of Terschelling and the columns are
factors describing the management of grassland.

This data frame contains the following columns:

`_M_o_i_s' Five levels of soil moisture - level 3 does not occur at
          these 20 farms.

     `_M_a_n_a_g' Grassland management type (`SF' = standard, `BF' =
          biological, `HF' = hobby farming, `NM' = nature
          conservation).

     `_U_s_e' Grassland use (`U1' = hay production, `U2' = intermediate,
          `U3' = grazing)

     `_M_a_n_u_r_e' Manure usage - classes C0 to C4.
