Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Every presenter has a 30 minute time frame for the oral presentation. We recommend to plan in 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for a discussion.
- The presentation must be brought on an USB-stick.
- If you use a PowerPoint Presentation, ideally store it also as a pdf as formatting might change based on the PC you are using.
- Please be in the room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and upload your presentation on the PC.
Session Chair Guidelines
- Every oral presentation session will be chaired by the last presenter in the group according to the program.
- Please be in the room at least 10 minutes in advance.
- Please make sure that all presentations are uploaded successfully on the presentation PC.
- It will be your responsibility to open the session and moderate it. Welcome and introduce the presenters.
- Keep an eye on the time frame during presentations and discussions and manage the time accordingly.
