- Prerequisite for examination:
- Identify, explain and critique a variety of concepts, perspectives and theories in the fields of public policy and environmental policy and planning
- Identify and discuss important issues in the development of environmental policy and planning, including the role of science/experts, public participation, and issues related to strategic policy and planning
- Describe and assess critically institutions and processes relevant to the development of environmental policy and planning in New Zealand
