Dr. Johann Ruben Leiß LL.M. (EUI), MLE is a visiting Assistant Professor at the chair of Public Law and Public International Law in the Wintersemester 2019/20.

    Abitur at the Johanneum in Hamburg, Study of law in Göttingen and Uppsala (Sweden). 2011: Research assistant at the Institute for Public International Law and European Law of the Georg-August-University Göttingen. Master's degree at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy. Clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin. 2014-2019 Research Fellow and scholarship at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, Norway. Since 2019: Associate Professor (Førsteamansuensis) at the Høgskolen i Innlandet, Lillehammer (Norway).
