Foyer International
The team of the Foyer International is working as a subdivision of Göttingen University International Office. They provide a platform for all students, regardless of their nationality and background, to meet and spend quality time together in gatherings of their interest. All meetings and activities are always free and you are warmly welcome to join at any point.

International Writing Centre
Be it a protocol or a master’s thesis; studying without writing is simply impossible. The International Writing Centre is here to help you with all your questions about writing. They support all students at the University of Göttingen in working on their current writing projects and developing academic and professional writing skills.

The International Writing Centre offers (online) writing consultations for free. Please contact schreibzentrum@phil.uni-goettingen.de.

Anti-Discrimination Counselling for Students
If you experience or observe any disadvantage or discrimination, you can contact the anti-discrimination counselling office for students. It can be reached by e-mail antidiskriminierungsberatung@uni-goettingen.de or via the online notification form for discrimination. You can also contact them by telephone on Thursdays between 12-15 and Fridays between 11-14 at +49 (0) 551 39-26319.

The counselling is particularly open for students who have been discriminated against on the basis of racist ascriptions and can take place in German, English, Spanish or French.
