Due to the current progress of Covid-19, the Teaching and Learning Complaint Management and the Ombudsperson for students offer open consultation hours by phone during the summer semester:

Complaint Management:
On Mondays and Thursdays from 11:30 to 13:00 on phone (0551) 39 24334.
Ombudsperson:
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:30 to 15:15 on phone (0551) 39 28882.
