- Climate modeling (regional and global climate models), in different temporal scales, such as seasonal forecast and climate projections.
- Extreme events and their impacts in different sectors.
- Climate risk in agricultural systems, due to the occurrence of extreme events, droughts, and diseases.
- Impact, vulnerability, and adaptation to global climate change.
As a postdoctoral researcher, I am part of the BARISTA project, whose main goal is to develop and apply innovative modeling tools in support of breeding climate-resilient barley cultivars for Europe.
