Learning outcome / Core skills:
The colloquium serves to deepen the topics of the dissertation and to review the progress of the doctoral projects. This objective is addressed by two components: First, the doctoral students present their current progress and next steps with reference to the implementation plan defined in the supervision agreement. This is intended to identify potential problems and delays at an early stage and to point out possible solutions. Secondly, research contributions currently published in the relevant journals and thematically relevant to the doctoral project will be discussed.

Presentation on the status quo of the dissertation project and its classification in the state of the art of research in your own field
