Community of Practice Meeting & liveSciences³ Experience Kaleidoscope

The Community of Practice Meeting offers a space for teaching staff to discuss and reflect on topics and issues related to the development or implemention of an international (and virtual) cooperation in teaching.

During the previous events, educators presented small papers on topics such as using instructional videos, conducting joint classrooms with international partners, interactive "theory experiences," and designing hands-on courses in times of pandemic and DIY field trips.

Lately, the exchange of experience was organized jointly with the Community of Practice as part of the Internationalization of the Curricula.

This session will be about “collaborative design of teaching and learning material- with international partners”!

We are very happy that colleagues involved in the liveSciences³ project submitted contributions and will talk about the following themes:

  • Environmental Monitoring Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs): challenges and opportunities
  • Creating a collaborative wiki across universities: R and Statistics
  • OER as a basis for collaboration: practical examples
