Become a Member

The participation in public lectures and events is open vor everyone.

The ZTMK is a project of the Faculty of Humanities (lead management) and the Faculty of Social Sciences. Nevertheless, the center is also open to members from all other faculties.
To become a member of the center you must have a doctorate and a fix-term or permanent employment contract at the University of Göttingen as it is stated in the center's order of the 9th of November 2015.

For this you have to make an informal request of admission. Signed by hand, the request has to be send to the acting chairman of the ZTMK. After reviewing the request, the board of directors will then establish the membership.

Those who are interested but can't become a member (for example PhD students) can register for the center's email distribution list by contacting us via email.
