The 2nd International Conference on Globalization and Development was jointly organized by the Research Training Group "Globalization and Development" (GlaD) and the Research Project on "Reducing Poverty Risk in Developing Countries" and held on May 3-4, 2018, in Göttingen, Germany.

120 participants from 17 countries came to Göttingen to present and discuss current topics in Development Economics ranging from Gender, Trade, Financial Decision Making, Poverty Traps, Conflicts, Aid and Education.
