Dr. Michael Hein
Dr. Michael Hein was a PostDoc research fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Chair of Comparative Constitutionalism at the University of Göttingen from July 2017 to March 2019.
After studying Political Science, Eastern and South Eastern European Studies, and Journalism at the University of Leipzig, he worked as researcher at the University of Greifswald (2006-2014). He received his PhD in January 2012. His PhD dissertation explored constitutional conflicts between politics and law in Bulgaria and Romania from 1991 until 2009. From 2014 until 2017, he worked as a 'Humboldt Post-Doc Fellow' at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
