The Research Training Group "Globalization and Development" (GlaD) and the Research Project on "Reducing Poverty Risk in Developing Countries" organized an international conference, held on May 3-4, 2018, in Göttingen, Germany.
120 participants from 17 countries came to Göttingen to present and discuss current topics in Development Economics ranging from Gender, Trade, Financial Decision Making, Poverty Traps, Conflicts, Aid and Education and made the 2nd International Conference on Globalization and Development a huge success! We would like to thank all participants for their great contributions, we were delighted to welcome you in Göttingen.
