Internal Staff Pool (IPP)
The purpose of IPP is to support university employees in their professional development and to provide qualified university staff with available jobs at University Göttingen.

University employees
- Motivated to make a professional change or start looking for university jobs before your current contract ends? HR development likes to advise and support you in this process.

University facilities
- Want to permanently or temporarily fill a job position within your facility and look for well-qualified employees with internal work experience? HR development likes to advise and support you in your search.


Internal Tempory Helf Pool (IAP)
While the internal staffpool lists employees, who are interested in long-term changes, the helperspool was created for short-term internal support in case of staff shortages.

University employees
You are employed in administration, a facility secretariat or a library of the University of Göttingen and like to stock up your working hours as an internal helper for a limited period of time to support understaffed teams with your professional expertise? We like to add you to our Helperspool!

University facilities
You are looking for short- or midterm support for your team? The internal helperspool contains a selection of university employees, who can stock up their work hours and support your understaffed team (Illness, Maternity Protection, Parental Leave,...). Upon projects and professorship matters, those employees can also assist with administrativ start-up aid. Target groups are especially science-supportive staff members, administrative assistants and part-time employees of the library, who are not on leave.
