The best graduate in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Economic and Business Education and Management Training as well as of Information Systems are rewarded with the Gustav-Hopf-Award. Since 1989 this distinction is sponsored by the Gothaer Insurance. Gustav Hopf (1808 to 1872) studied fiscal accounting in Goettingen, he was an internationally known researcher and the first CEO of the Gothaer Life Insurance.
