Learning outcome, core skills:
Studies of a methodology for a population viability analysis of one species (case studies: Grey Partridge and Red Kite; own examples). Determining the causes of endangerment, options for conservations in cultural landscapes, transferring own data and data of literature in a population model, modelling of an endangered population. Key skills: transferring field data into a population model, use of population models, developing management options for an endangered animal species.
Potential threats to animal species and conservation measures in cultural landscapes. Modelling of endangered animal species.
