Dorothea Schlözer Mentoring Program
What prospects do I have as a scientist? Which criteria speak for a university or non-university career? Why are networks important? How do I behave in competitive situations - and how can a family be reconciled with a scientific career?

Questions like these show that a successful career means more than convincing through professional performance. A hierarchically independent mentoring relationship with professors and an exchange with other young researchers can provide important support in this phase. During the course of the program, the participants receive target group-specific training.
Application period: until November 30, 2020
Program start: March 2021
