Proof of German language proficiency for Studienkolleg

At the time of application evidence of a successfully passed German language course is required. This evidence has to be a copy. In addition, it has to be an officially certified translation if the document was not issued in German, English or French.

Whoever has received admission in Göttingen for a regular course of study must submit proof for enrolment of having passed the accredited DSH-2 examination (in some courses of studies DSH-3) at the Lectorate for German as a Foreign Language. Whoever has proof of an equivalent examination, can request an exemption at the Lectorate. A DSH-certificate of another university can only be accepted if the DSH-examination regulations are registered at the HRK (German Rector's Conference).

It is your responsibility to acquire the required language proficiencies for enrolment.
