Research Interests
II am a plant ecologist with a keen interest in studying the response of various plant species to climate change, anthropogenic disturbances, habitat fragmentation, and biogeography. My current research focuses in comprehending the relationship between multifaceted diversity and ecosystem functioning within the Dry Chaco Forest connecting landscape fragmentation, changes in land use, and remote sensing indices.. To this end, I use a complex approach that includes: literature review, fieldwork sampling, UAV and remote sensing data acquisition, and processing and ecological modelling.
