    Unterstützung empirischer Masterarbeiten

    Um Studierende der Lehramtsstudiengänge dabei zu unterstützen, im Bereich der Bildungswissenschaften und der Fachdidaktiken empirische Masterarbeiten mit anspruchsvollen Untersuchungsmethoden und Forschungsdesigns realisieren zu können, wurden von der Lehramtstudierendenvertretung (LSV) Studienqualitätsmittel (SQM) mit Erfolg beantragt.

    Wofür können Anträge in welcher Höhe gestellt werden?

    Studierende können sich Kosten in einer Höhe von max. 200 Euro für Maßnahmen in zwei Kategorien erstatten lassen:

    • Kernkosten, die mit der für die Beantwortung der Fragestellung der empirischen Masterarbeit notwendigen Datenerhebung in direktem Zusammenhang stehen (z.B. Druck- bzw. Anschaffungskosten für Fragebögen oder Erhebungsmaterialien; Reisekosten zum Erhebungsort; Portokosten für Rücksendeaktionen; Ausgaben für die Rekrutierung der Versuchspersonen).
    • Zusatzkosten, die mit der Vorbereitung der Datenerhebung (z.B. Schulung in spezifischen Erhebungstechniken oder Auswertungsmethoden) oder der Verwertung der gewonnenen Ergebnisse verbunden sind (z.B. für die aktive Teilnahme an einer Tagung zur Vorstellung der Ergebnisse).

    Wo, wann und in welcher Form können die Anträge gestellt werden?

    Die Anträge auf Unterstützung können im Sekretariat der ZEWIL bis jeweils 3 Monate nach Semesterbeginn eingereicht werden. Die Stichtage für die Antragstellung sind im SoSe der 30. Juni und im WiSe der 31. Dezember.

    Für die Antragstellung ist das Formblatt "Antrag auf Unterstützung einer empirischen Masterarbeit in einem Lehramtsstudiengang" zu nutzen (siehe rechte Spalte), welches neben den Daten der/des AntragstellerIn insbesondere folgende Angaben enthalten muss:

    • Kurzbeschreibung und Begründung des Forschungsdesigns und Mehrwerts der geplanten Maßnahmen
    • Beleg, dass die Masterarbeit bereits beim Prüfungsamt angemeldet ist (FlexNow-Ausdruck oder Bestätigungsemail)
    • Einverständnis der erstbetreuenden Dozenten der Masterarbeit (Unterschriften auf dem Formblatt)

    Wer entscheidet nach welchem Verfahren über die Anträge?

    Das Vergabeverfahren wird von einem durch die Studienkommission Lehrerbildung (SKL) ausgewählten Gremium durchgeführt. Das Gremium wird aus zwei Mitgliedern der SKL (je ein*e Vertreter*in der Studierenden und der Dozierenden) sowie einer*m Mitarbeiter*in des Studiendekanats gebildet (Einzelheiten zum Vergabeverfahren siehe Merkblatt in der rechten Spalte). Die AntragstellerInnen werden innerhalb kurzer Zeit über die Bewilligung benachrichtigt.

    Wann, wo und wie müssen die bewilligten Maßnahmen abgerechnet werden?

    Die Abrechnung der beantragten Maßnahmen muss spätestens zum Ende des aktuellen Semesters im Sekretariat des Studiendekanat Lehrer*innenbildung eingereicht werden, da die bewilligten Studienqualitätsmittel semestergebunden verausgabt werden müssen. Zur Abrechnung ist das Formular der Universität zu verwenden (Antrag zur Auslagenerstattung siehe rechte Spalte). Außerdem müssen die entsprechenden Quittungen und Belege im Original beigefügt werden. (Es können nur Kosten abgerechnet werden, die im Semester der Antragstellung angefallen sind.)
