Exkursion zur BioFach 2012 nach Nürnberg

On Wednesday, February 15, 2012 the IARD-students visited the Bio Fach in Nürnberg. The Biofach is the world’s greatest Fair for organic products and takes place once per year.



During the visit several exhibitors and products were available and visited by the IARD-students, for example: Basic food, raw materials, fruit vegetable, delicatessen, health food, meats, fish, dairy products, frozen food, baked products, drinks, wine and Natural products.



Participating in these events allowed students to know a wide range of products produced and commercialized by many countries. They also have the opportunity to meet the new technologies adopted in the organic production and packing.




"The most interesting aspect of this event for me was the possibility to visit the stand of my own country, and have the chance to interact with some people working for export agencies. But also this events gives us a vision of towards wich direction is going the industry of organic food at a worldwide level" Luis Terrones
