  • organise qualification measures and advise you in issues regarding their own qualifications and the qualifications of your staff
  • develop and continue the Institutional Health Management (IHM – ‘Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement’ – BGM) and Institutional Integration Management (IIM – ‘Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement’ – BEM)
  • conduct employee surveys
  • moderate processes to improve work conditions in central administration as well as in the faculties and academic and non academic institutions
  • as needed, develop specific promotional measures for the different functions and groups of persons within the University
  • design health promotion actions and implement them
  • provide advice in conflict situations
  • provide support in hiring and selecting staff
