When submitting candidate nominations only the candidate nomination form (in Excel format) and this confirmation of agreement to stand (in Word format) may be used and submitted unaltered to the Elections Management, Gosslerstrasse 5/7 in accordance with the relevant invitation for candidates.

The candidate nomination must, as well as being in written form, also be submitted electronically, where possible on a hardware data carrier e.g. diskette, CD-Rom or DVD.

Please save both files and use them to create the forms to be submitted.

Please note in relation to the candidate nomination form:
If you are unable to use the MS-Excel format, use the OpenOffice programme to open the file in Excel format. Once you have filled out the candidate nomination please save the file in Excel format.
