Impact of IT Operational Frameworks on Productivity of IT Organizations – A case of ITIL

The project focuses on understanding the impact which IT frameworks, such as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), have on productivity for IT organizations. The motivation for this research derives from both theoretical and practical objectives. It will allow IT Organizations to understand which part of IT frameworks should be implemented to obtain an optimal gain of productivity.
