Field of action "Quality Management"
The building and development of an integrated university-wide quality management in teaching and learning is the essential task of the field of action “Quality management” and aims at quality assurance and improvement at Student and Academic Services. Already existing internal and external quality assurance tools (i.a. Course evaluation by students, Graduate Survey, study phases polls, target agreements, Accreditation) will be linked up systematically and built up to quality closed loops.
To make the successful monitoring of degree programmes and students possible, the installment of a suitable database is another aim. The provided data helps to analyse, both, success in studies and individual progress, as well as existing deficits. The development of the Ideas and Complaint Management is also planned in order to implement students’ suggestions within the Ideas Competition for Students more.
