Career development via research funding for early postdocs

The acquisition of external funding plays an increasingly important role not only for research institutions but also for the career development of individual researchers. However, acquisition of these funds often neglects systematic and strategic planning and does not take into account the individual potentials and goals of the researchers involved. This workshop takes a different approach by focusing on participants? previous experience and their individual plans. The workshop thus helps participants to strategically map the acquisition of external funds to their individual needs and research interests. In an individual coaching session the trainer together with each participant reflects on their individual project.
